Healing and Awakening present us with different challenges at different times as we follow the invitation to return to and restore one-ness with ourselves, on a cellular level and with divine life.
Regardless the difficulties a calling to heal and/or awake might cause, it requires you to surrender…..to let go of the safety and control mechanisms of your mind and psyche,… to disengage from the coping and avoidance dynamics,…..the need to fix…..and ultimately to step out of the familiar……
Relinquishing yourself into your breath and heart and the Great Mystery is the start of a complete new experience because you are stepping out of any container, box and story. It rips off any definition and identity you have created for yourself and the roles you accepted from others, including the collective.
Surrendering is an on-going emptying of everything and anything that is known until you are the unknown…..
To not know goes completely against the human eon-old survival pattern. Knowing what the options are going to be, how to prepare for what comes next, is programmed into most people. It provides a sense of control and therefore security. Yet again, it is a continuation of survival and maintaining the old status quo.
Humanity as a whole and every individual is invited to participate in the continuous transformation from polarity consciousness into unity consciousness.
Be the caterpillar that metamorphoses into a beautiful and breathtaking butterfly through the power of surrender and letting go…..
Pay attention to what is unfolding internally, notice your reactions to events and happenings, including where and with whom you place your energies….
…..be present and breathe into your heart, surrender deeper and deeper until there is only stillness….
