Since this year began we have been experiencing extraordinary strong, deep and ongoing destabilization on innumerous levels and areas. Many dysfunctions, polarizations, dynamics and disharmonies in individual, collective and even creation realms have been magnified and continue to break apart as they are imploding and exploding.
Realities are one of these areas. They are a manifested tapestry of so many energy threats, involving individual and collective conditions, trauma, belief systems, perceptions, creation stories like survival, struggling and suffering, the abandonment by the Divine, the separation from one’s essence and one-ness, archetypal roles, dynamics and structures,….to name a few. Constant interactions as well as entanglements of individual and collective energies and stories, combined with the creation energies of greater levels create, co-create and fuel these realities. Most forms are a direct expression of these realities. They are the containers of the creating and co-creating energies: emotions, memories, reactions, beliefs, dynamics, unsolved wounds, psyche, mind, ego and so forth… but also of manipulations, traps, lies, agendas, greed, hatred, destruction, abuse….all kinds of “contaminations” have been carried in the forms of realities. Our reactions and interactions, in other words – how we engage and where we place our energies… are we present or entangled… support the forms and shapes of realities. Seemingly, there are a multitude of negative ripples disturbing the surface of realities. Covid-19 and the reactions of people, companies and governments have disrupted and diminished the lives of so very many individuals, families and the entire world collective. Normality has turned into instability. However, as the old routines have come to a stop, a forgotten potentiality, laying dormant within most people have a chance now to awaken…. listen within… allow yourself to let go of the old realities of your own existence to bring forward a rich inner landscape as the form of your life.
Another aspect that has been permeated by the energies of this year are involving children. How often has the suffering of children horrified us? How often have we asked ourselves: why would a soul choose to incarnate into a life of war, abuse, starvation, etc? The concept of karma may have provided an explanation. But can such mass of souls that are born every day have been so bad to experience this kind of punishment? Regardless the history of a being, true life is not meant to be a penalty for past deeds.
Each newborn radiates innocence so beautifully. It is the radiance of the soul, incarnating into the body it has created. Yet, the collective and most parents hunger unconsciously for that purity because they have lost it themselves. A very old and automatic generational dynamic is triggered between most parents and the baby as well as the infant and collective: we help you survive if you feed us your innocence, carry us and nurture us. Make us whole again. Instead of acknowledging and nurturing the sovereignty and potentiality of the child it creates an energetic and emotional intertwinement with the individual and collective reality stories of struggles, suffering, survival, unfulfillment… over time the child loses her inner connectedness and innocence, getting lost in the generational loop. If the innocence of the babies born daily would permeate the planet unrestricted and adults would not connect from a place of neediness it would be much more difficult to maintain war, hatred, divide and so forth…. the energies have been breaking down these dynamics… many children and young adults have been participating in holding and anchoring these energies, causing many disturbances to the status quo. It also has triggered emotional and physical upheavals and intensities as these energetic entanglements are dissolving.
Covid-19 has been stirring up the intrinsic patterns of divide, embedded in human consciousness, behavior and how we create and co-create. They are directly linked to the core organizing principle of survival. Regardless our multitude of achievements as a species we are still operating from a program of ” we against them”. It causes internal and external conflicts, suffering and struggles on every level. Both – the programs of divide and survival – are the result of believing that we are separated from one’s Divine essence and the Divine, that we have fallen out of paradise and Divine unity. This original hypnosis has caused repeating and powerful pain, leading to feeling betrayed, abandoned, victimized and needing a target for the rage the pain has triggered. It is also the reason for a deep-seated distrust in life, the Divine and therefore oneself. Each of us is invited to examine how we engage with ourselves and others. How often are we reacting from a place of the inner critic, pain, anger, defense mechanisms rather that from an open heart, curiosity and the willingness to expose oneself to what is unfamiliar?
Remember, this is a time of breakdowns, destabilization, intensities and giving space for a reset in order for your own potentiality to awaken….this is not a time for normality but the courage to restore the one-ness with yourself on every level.
Take time to sit in quietude…. focus on your breath…. it is stillness and harmony…. as you breathe your energy returns to you… there is no entanglement….be here in the now-ness of your breath…. the stories of your realities become quiet… nothing is left… only you in unity with your heart and being…there is no divide between your humanity and essence… not between the physical and universal… you are breathing one-ness….
