Your breath is constantly permeating every molecule, atom and cell in your body. Its innate capacity is to exchange without hesitancy and in never ending one-ness with your body, in order to maintain cellular harmony.
Your breath is able to touch deeply into the fulfilledness of your true nature. By utilizing your breathing you can not only experience it but birth it into physical realization. However, there are collective and individual hypnoses as well as the disconnect from the instinctual intelligence of life that act like barriers, preventing your breath to unlock the passage into your heart and inherent one-ness.
The disconnect took place just a few months after you were born, and for some people even earlier.
From the moment onward, when you became aware of your body and the movement within, you started to connect with your physicality. Your ability to command and control movement brought forward the instinctual, non-verbal knowingness of “I can”. It continuously grew stronger as the motor development of your body and muscles increased. So did the core, primordial trust in yourself. It was like a melody each of your cells began to hum, composed by the trust in yourself as well as the trust in life.
Although you had a small body you experienced the vastness of life in your tiny cells. You felt -as you touched and explored physicality – that life was all yours – an exciting new playground to discover. This all unfolded on an instinctual, non-verbal level.
The vastness you perceived included the unity with all forms of life because instinctual intelligence is like an ocean. We are unified with all on that level, sharing our own song with the chorus of life. We know we belong: we belong in ourselves… our bodies are extraordinary and belong to us… we belong into life…. we are here!….and we enter the space of our life…. inside and outside one’s body as we engage, explore, discover and breathe….
The inner knowing of “I can” as well as the primordial trust in yourself and life progress into “I want”. These three are interconnected. They initiate and sustain the movement of your life. As you listen within, the innate flow of your true nature is birthing forward into physical expression. Growing older, these impulses of your inner awareness feed your curiosity, creative expression, creations and co-creations….like your breath they are a flow of inhaling and exhaling…. an expansion and a quietness.
Naturally your instinctual nature expands into a feeling awareness. The one-ness with yourself and life continues to deepen and strengthen as you listen within. Then you are the innate flow of your essence, giving to yourself. This movement expands into the physical world without hesitancy. It becomes your physical world.
The initial emotional bonding with your parents and family after your birth and throughout your infancy supports and nurtures the unity with your instinctual nature as well as the realization of ” I can” and ” I want”. Then your still developing nervous-, immune and digestive systems incorporate this instinctual awareness, translating it into cellular health, innate rhythm, fierce immune responses and a strong physiological homeostasis.
For generations, due to their own woundedness and trauma, so many parents could not sustain an ongoing bonding. Their coping and survival mechanisms interfered, involving stress, reactiveness, depression and overwhelm as well.
The grounding into your body, the blossoming of the base trust in yourself and life and therefore the movement into the space of your life were not only impacted, but so often slowed down and diminished. Instead of dwelling in the one-ness with life and yourself, insecurity became the foundation. Rather than relaxing into the innate flow of your being on a cellular level, agitation was triggered. A systemic contraction was the result, ultimately leading into struggle, a cycle of stagnation and repeat. You could never fully claim the space of your life. In many instances getting lost in a space between because the space of your life became occupied by somebody else, their trauma, rage, depression…. or the collective…and your cellular functions have expressed the lostness, stagnation and repeat.
It also initiated the perception of isolation, of not feeling home within your own body. It fueled the illusion that the Divine abandoned you. The quest to find your true home is linked to this hypnosis. The same is true for the need to reject one’s physicality. It has prevented you from deeply connecting with yourself.
Another dynamic is where we wait for others to give to us, rather than being nurtured by our own fulfilledness. Humanity created religions and the belief systems of higher powers. We call upon them, waiting to receive, to be supported and nurtured. Especially to be seen for who we truly are. Yet, the cycle of expecting, disappointment, feeling betrayed and forgotten, the agony of not feeling home and displaced continues as we grow older…. our already existing fulfilledness lies dormant within us.
Humanity has been stagnant for so long in the loop of distrusting the goodness of life, mistrusting each other, fighting rather than listening, rejecting instead of inviting. The collective has forgotten to be in awe of uniqueness and individuality, of welcoming diversity because it inspires our curiosity and awareness of life and reality. Notably, it sustains unity.
These old molds are being challenged now, breaking apart as the energetic transformations continue…
Surrender into the one-ness with your breath…. embrace the barriers of isolation and disconnect as they are arising… every aspect of yours is invited to return into the one-ness with yourself…
With each breath you are opening yourself deeper to receive yourself, to reconnect…
Trust in your breath…. trust in the knowing that you can, the movement of your wanting and longing… always listen within…. as you deepen your inner stillness you will realize the harmony of your own fulfilledness….
Allow your breath to carry you into the space of your life…
