STEPPING OUT OF POLARITY REALITY

For eons of time, humanity’s consciousness and existence were organized by the Polarity Creation Story.  Every aspect – from a soul’s journey, energy grids and patterns, planetary etheric blueprints and reality structures, down to collective and individual energy fields and systems, destiny and life scripts as well as the molecular structure of physicality – human existence has been confined by the dynamics of polarity.

Everything had to be defined by and function as opposites : the “either/or”, “right or wrong”, “light/shadow”, “winner/loser”, “victim/perpetrator”, “birth/death”,”white/black”, “good religion/bad religion”, to name a few.

At the very core of the Polarity Creation Story lies the divide, a chasm that exemplifies the seemingly un-ending struggle to endure loss, whether it is the disconnect from one’s essence and the Divine, the trust in life, society and government, the loss of loved ones, monetary security and way of life,  the decline of emotional and physical well-beingness…

This divide fuels a constant repetition of reactiveness and therefore the repeat of one’s suffering. These are unconscious reactions based upon collective and individual experiences that caused much pain. Over time unhealed pain accumulates, increasing stress that triggers trauma and PTSD behavior. Then one’s life is reduced to survival, whether a person is aware of it or not.

Reactions increase when stuck in a survival loop. Anger fuels the perceptions of so many at that stage. Enemies are conjured up in order to cope with the deep sense of helplessness, defeat and pain. It is also the very nature of survival to fight instead of connecting….

…..connecting with one’s pain, anxiety, overwhelm, anger…..

Polarity is visible in every aspect of human life: in politics, finance, within societies, between ethnic, cultural and religious groups, between men and women, adults and children, young and old…..

One of polarity’s major hypnosis is that we don’t have a choice.

WE HAVE A CHOICE! EVERY MOMENT IS AN INVITATION TO CHOOSE. OUR CHOICE DEFINES OUR NEXT MOMENT! NOTHING IS EVER LOST!

The Polarity Creation Story is a consciousness paradigm that has reached its final chapter. The dynamics of the divide are obvious and have intensified. Yet, we can participate in the release of the old reality rather than continuing it.  It starts with noticing your reactions and how you use your energy. Take time to go within, to connect with your breath, heart and body, to feel what you have avoided. Embrace and witness whatever is emerging instead of acting it out. After some time, you will experience stillness and harmony within yourself. Then, unity emerges. It will enable you to embrace yourself and others without judgement.

Some of our greatest capacities as humans are to connect with others, to be curious about what we don’t know, to explore and learn, to love and to nurture. When we live the truth and delight of the heart, polarity vanishes and unity consciousness flourishes. It’s time to transcend the divide…and embrace instead….
