THE YEAR OF THE STILLPOINT

A new year as well as a new decade has begun.  Looking at what might be unfolding, where we are headed as a global collective and all the unknown possibilities that might await us invoke an organizing pattern of mankind: to brace, prepare for and balance out what may come our way.

It is a survival strategy as old as mankind but also a creation principle of polarity.  The behavior and interactions of most people, even nations, are based upon the need to counterbalance.  It starts with coping around one’s woundedness, taking on roles in a relationship or family – at the workplace as well – that involves being the equalizer, making nice, taking on the pain and responsibilities of others…..another reaction is to bring light, or focus on the light when there is shadow, something dark or threatening….

There can never be a true balance because all is in motion continuously, evolving, transforming, devolving …it is an illusion to believe it is possible.  Ultimately it creates stagnation and the repeat of the old over and over again.

This is one major dynamic that has been becoming more and more visible and tangible in every arena of human interactions, including politics and the economy.

It is intensifying reactiveness, chaos, power plays and destructiveness.  It is obvious that the old ways of balancing and counterbalancing are defaulting.  They have to.  A creation paradigm is coming to an end.

When the energetic and creation structures have reached a certain point in their own evolution, an opening to initiate a complete metamorphosis appears.  This occurred many decades ago.  Now we have reached a stage of the stillpoint ( there will be many of them throughout the coming decade) in this immense and indescribable transformation.

Every living being, whether human or non-humanoid, including atoms, molecules, cells, and everything that breathes and moves is entering the stillpoint.  The same is true for the entire planetary system and beyond.

It is an impulse embedded in every cell and soul, in every particle and creation, including light and shadow.  When it is activating, any form of movement slows down until it ceases so that the old creation structures, any patterns, dynamics, stories and forms can unwind. Time and realities are part of it also.

Naturally, it is creating and magnifying intensities, but also triggering a strong survival reactiveness as well as upheavals and the need to maintain the old status quo.

However, it is the beginning of the unraveling of history, individually and collectively; a liberation from the bindings with the past.

Mother Earth is already entering the stillpoint.  The reverberation of it is being felt and seen everywhere.

The nature of your breath is stillness.  As you relax into your breathing, becoming your breath, you automatically connect with and move into the stillness of your heart…. as your breathe you become stillness… surrendering deeper and deeper, letting go of yourself ….there is the stillpoint….

Be aware of your own holding on to anything, including your pain and past, witness your own reactions…. there is no need any further to figure out the whys, to find answers….just breathe…be still…still…still…unravel…be the stillpoint….
